Breakfast
A delicious, continental breakfast buffet is complimentary to all our overnight guests. A gourmet breakfast is available upon request for an additional charge of $10 per person. Additional guests are welcome for breakfast at $10 per person. Please let us know at reservation time if you prefer the gourmet breakfast and how many additional outside guests we will be serving.
Alcohol
Guests may bring their own wine or beer. The Social House will not provide any liquor for guests.
Check In/Check Out
Check In is from 3:00 pm and Check Out is at 11:00 am, unless other arrangements are made at reservation time.
Credit Cards Accepted
MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted.
Security Deposits
We are very proud of our lovely home and appreciate our guests. In order to maintain The Social House, there is a refundable $200 security deposit required on all weddings and whole-house rentals. There is a refundable $50 security deposit required on all rentals of the banquet rooms. These deposits will be refunded if the premises are returned clean and in pre-rental condition
Taxes
Our room rates do not include taxes.
Cancellation Policies
We have a small inn and our reservations are very important to us. Cancellations will be accepted if cancelled 5 days prior to the reserved date for bedroom and/or banquet room rental. A $50 fee will be charged per room within the 5-day period, unless the room is re-rented. The only exception will be if the reservation was made during the 5-day period before the reservation date. Cancellations for whole-house rental or wedding rental will be accepted if canceled 30 days prior to reserved date. Otherwise, you will be charged a $150 per day cancellation fee per day/night of reserved days/nights. The only exception will be if the reservation was made within the 30-day period, in which case the cancellation fee will be $75 per day/night of reserved days/nights.
WE RETAIN THE RIGHT TO BE ON PREMISES OF THE SOCIAL HOUSE AT ANY TIME EVEN DURING WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL.
