Guests are allowed to bring their own adult beverages. The Social House cannot however provide alcohol for guests.
Check In/Check Out
Unless other arrangements are made in advance, check in time is at 3:00 PM and check out time is by 11:00 AM.

MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover are accepted. We also accept Paypal.
We are very proud of our lovely home and appreciate our guests. In order to maintain The Social House, we do request and require a 20% down security deposit for all events, including weddings and rentals.
We are a small inn and our reservations are very important to us. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a reservation. Cancellations for events and/or wedding rentals will be accepted if canceled 30 or more days prior to reserved date. Otherwise, the security deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations for individual rooms can be made with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation of individual rooms will result in loss of 20% deposit. We appreciate your understanding.
WE RETAIN THE RIGHT TO BE ON PREMISES OF THE SOCIAL HOUSE AT ANY TIME EVEN DURING WHOLE HOUSE RENTAL.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I rent the whole house for a night, week or weekend?
The Social House may be rented on a per-night basis for $1,074 per night which includes all bedrooms, baths, two kitchens, banquet areas, porch and lawn. This DOES NOT include the Carriage House. A 20% security deposit is required 30 or more days prior to arrival. We retain the right to be on the premises at all times. The house and grounds also must be left in the condition received. If not, a cleaning fee of $50 - $200 will be assessed.
Do you allow smoking?
No smoking is allowed inside The Social House or in the courtyard. Smoking is allowed outside in the yard in designated areas only.
Can I bring my children?
Well-behaved children are always welcome. Please notify us if children will be staying over. (Pack & Play /High Chair available)
Do you allow pets?
We understand your pets are part of your family and therefore we're pleased to let you know The Social House is pet friendly. We do require a $25.00 non-refundable deposit per pet stay and have a limit of max of two pets under 40 lbs. Additionally, we DO have a climate controlled pet room in The Carriage House where you may kennel your pet during your stay if that's preferable. Service animals such as guide dogs are also allowed.
Do you have Quiet Hours?
The Social House does keep Quiet Hours from 11:00pm - 7:00am daily. Please, in respect of your fellow guests, turn TV’s, music, etc. down after 11:00 pm and keep your doors to your room shut at all times.
What amenities are provided?
All rooms have Cable TV and WI-FI. On the lower level, we also are proud to offer a Media Room with a DVD player and a wonderful selection of movies. In addition, we keep a variety of books available for our guests. Bath amenities including soaps, shampoo and conditioner available upon request. We also have irons, ironing boards, and hair dryers available as well.
What is your housekeeping policy?
We respect the privacy of our guests. Daily housekeeping is available upon request. Let us know upon arrival your preference.
